You have 30 calendar days to make changes after your order has been made. The change must be previously notified via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must indicate your order number and references of the products purchased. Please tell us why you want to change and the size and reference of exchange . It is Important that we receive the product before we ship it back to you. All returns and exchanges are free.
You will receive an email notifying the status of your order along with the information for the respective tracking and delivery confirmation. If you have questions or comments about schedules, delivery address, or other please include this information in the section << Order notes >> that you will find at the end of the checkout process or email us at email@example.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We accept returns via email:
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
2. A customer service representative will review your request. If it is approved, you will be mailed a prepaid shipping label and return form, please print the shipping label and the return form
3. Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
4. Place the pre-printed return label on the outside of your package. Please note that the return label is pre-paid, therefore, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Drop off at your package at your nearest UPS office.
6. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
